The working principle and operation method of high voltage vacuum circuit breaker are briefly described
It is understood that the operating mechanism of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is the earliest use of electromagnetic institutions, and then improved as a spring mechanism, the current application of the circuit breaker in the electricity market is still dominated by the spring mechanism. High voltage vacuum circuit breaker adopts a new high reliable permanent magnetic actuator structure. As early as the end of the 1990s, vacuum circuit breakers with permanent magnets were introduced into our country. Vacuum circuit breakers were originally developed by Britain and the United States, and then developed to other countries such as Japan, Germany and the former Soviet union. Since 1959, the theory of vacuum circuit breaker has been studied in our country, and various vacuum circuit breakers have been formally produced by the beginning of 1970s. Vacuum interrupter, actuator, insulation level of manufacturing technology innovation and improvement, the development of vacuum circuit breaker is very fast, has made a series of major achievements in large capacity and miniaturization, intelligence and reliability research. Vacuum circuit breaker with good arc resistance, suitable for frequent operation, long service life, high electrical reliability, long maintenance cycle advantages, in today's China's urban and rural power grids, power, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric railway and mining industries has been widely used.
